Butchers Club简介

The Butchers Club at ED1TUS is a private dining concept housed inside a trendy fashion and lifestyle showroom. The space is located in the waterside neighbourhood of Aberdeen which is on the southern edge of Hong Kong Island, and close to the up-and-coming area of Wong Chuk Hang.

The Butchers Club is a well-established brand in Hong Kong with various outlets across the city such as, a burger restaurant, steak house, deli and butchers shop. By using only using natural organic ingredients, The Butchers Club provides the finest high-quality cuts, homemade delicacies and cured meats to meat-lovers in Hong Kong.

By utilising the chic industrial setting of ED1TUS, this flexible space on two floors can tailor to a wide variety of seated and standing events, from small private dinners of up to 14 people, to corporate functions with 150-300 guests. The space also has an impressive 7000 sq ft rooftop, which can cater for anywhere up to 800 people with the possibility of a covered marquee. As an extension of The Butchers Club, the same high quality of carnivorous delicacies can be served up for all kinds of events in this fantastic venue, whether breakfast lunch or dinner.
